Workshop with herbalist, forager and writer Teresa Klein. This multi-dimensional, multi-sensory relationship with the world of florae begins in SPRING with a mini introduction and a mindfulness contemplation. Then a ramble into the woods to experience the web of life through the lens of the earth awakening from winter. We will learn about uses of wild native plants and identify the first edible greens. Tapping into the energetics of the season we deepen our understanding of the nourishing and cleansing properties nature offers for the regeneration of body and spirit. We close by sharing insights and ideas over a cup of tea brewed from some of the spring plants we meet on our ramble. Dress for being outdoors in the weather.    Tickets $25.00 through Eventbrite.
